Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Promotional pricing is valid only for appointments booked and completed during the promotional period unless otherwise stated. • Promotional appointments are subject to availability. • No walk-ins. Appointments are required. ⸻ Promotions & Discounts • Promotions cannot be combined with any other discount, coupon, membership discount, package discount, referral reward, or special offer unless specifically stated. • Promotional pricing has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, products, or services. • Exquisite Glam Bar reserves the right to modify, extend, or discontinue promotions at any time without notice. ⸻ Packages & Treatment Plans • All package sales are final and non-refundable. • Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchaser unless otherwise approved by management. • All package sessions must be used before the package expiration date. Unused sessions will remain valid for an additional 60 days (2 months) after the package expires. Any remaining sessions not used within the grace period will be forfeited and are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Package sessions may not be exchanged for other services. ⸻ Buy Now, Pay Later Programs • Financing options such as Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are provided by third-party providers. • Clients remain responsible for all payment obligations according to the provider’s terms and conditions. ⸻ Referral Program • Referral rewards are issued only after the referred client completes and pays for their first service. • Referral rewards cannot be redeemed for cash. • Exquisite Glam Bar reserves the right to modify or discontinue referral programs at any time. ⸻ Gift Certificates & Promotional Credits • Promotional credits and gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. • Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced. • Promotional credits expire according to the terms of the specific promotion. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule appointments. • Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations, no-shows, or appointments rescheduled outside the required notice period. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit. ⸻ Results Disclaimer • Individual results vary and are influenced by factors including lifestyle, home care compliance, health history, and treatment consistency. • No specific results are guaranteed. • Recommended treatment plans often require multiple sessions for optimal results. ⸻ Medical & Safety Requirements • Certain services may require a consultation before treatment. • Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and contraindications before receiving services. • Exquisite Glam Bar reserves the right to refuse service when treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate. ⸻ Agreement By booking an appointment, purchasing a package, participating in a promotion, or receiving services from Exquisite Glam Bar LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
