CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients must book appointments in advance with deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We kindly ask for 24 hour notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our schedule effectively. Late cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee plus deposit are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of your deposit and may require full payment before future booking Missed appointments or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please be aware of our cancellation policies to avoid any inconvenience. Arrival and Check-In: Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other clients.
